Frequently asked questions

Common questions

Open the app and tap Track on the home screen. Select your route — East End Loop via East, East End Loop via Queen's Highway, or North Side/Cayman Kai — for the Eastern Link Shuttle. A live map will appear showing the bus location and an estimated arrival time updated every few seconds. GPS must be enabled on your device for the best accuracy.
When your phone loses internet connectivity, LetsGo automatically switches to SMS-based offline tracking. The app sends a text message to you and your saved emergency contacts with your last GPS position and the bus ETA. You will see a banner in the app when offline mode is active. To use this feature, ensure your emergency contacts are saved in the app's Safety settings.
No. Pilot routes on LetsGo are currently free to ride — no ticket, no tap, no fare. Just board the bus when it arrives at your stop.
Press and hold the red SOS button in the app for 2 seconds to trigger an emergency alert. Your exact GPS coordinates, bus ID, and route are immediately sent by SMS to all emergency contacts saved in your profile. A direct link to call 911 is also surfaced on screen. SOS alerts work even if your internet is offline. To set up emergency contacts, go to Profile → Emergency Contacts.
Go to Profile → Emergency Contacts in the app. Tap Add Contact to enter a name and phone number. You can save multiple contacts. When you press SOS or enable Live Share, all saved contacts receive an SMS notification. Contacts can be removed at any time — their information is deleted from our servers immediately.
Community Reports let riders flag issues like overcrowding, broken bus stops, long delays, or safety concerns. Tap the Report button on the home screen, choose a category, select the stop or route, and describe the issue. Other riders can upvote your report. Our team reviews all reports and aims to resolve critical issues quickly.
